Alex Vidal, president of ERA Real Estate, believes that his role is to work for agents, not the other way around, committed to “helping our agents live a better life and make more money.” Vidal visited agents in approximately 75 ERA companies last year, and personally hosted a series of agent-focused learning sessions, sales rallies and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Vidal’s greatest accomplishment in 2024 was the launch of a seven-week, virtual coaching program for all ERA-affiliated agents. The program, which was offered at no cost to participants, focused on developing interpersonal relationships and disciplined sales practices. It also provided strategies designed to help agents build their book of business in a complex market. Almost 3,000 agents in 206 ERA offices participated in the program.
Up next, Vidal plans to launch a coaching program centered on recruiting and retention for all leaders affiliated with ERA Real Estate.
