With the pandemic changing the industry, she adapted quickly from in-person training to live virtual opportunities. She led her team in delivering timely virtual content, launching 60 to 90-minute on-demand sessions and training over 30,000 students. In addition to the virtual content, she helped her team develop and launch 14 courses in a new learning platform, which increased the company’s productivity numbers and helped agents average 28 percent more closed units, 30 percent more listings taken and 35 percent higher sales volume.
