Amy Gant, senior vice president and regional manager for the Southern Crescent region at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, has solidified her reputation as one of Atlanta’s most magnetic and effective leaders. Overseeing operations across three branch offices, Gant’s leadership is defined by a culture of momentum and “intentional growth.” In the first half of 2025, her division achieved a major milestone, ranking among the Top 30 offices in units across the entire HomeServices of America Southeast Region. Currently, her branch holds the No. 1 position in units year-to-date, a testament to her hands-on approach to agent development and business planning.

Beyond her local impact, Gant’s influence extends to the statewide level, where she serves as a state director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. In 2025, she played a pivotal role in the enterprise-wide evolution of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, helping craft the company’s new mission statement, core values and tagline.
