Anne Marie DeCatsye, CEO of Canopy REALTOR® Association & Canopy MLS, brings over two decades of leadership to the company. She consistently championed innovation, advocacy and collaboration to elevate the real estate industry throughout 2024, fostering community engagement and empowering REALTORS® to navigate a rapidly changing landscape.

Amid the turbulence caused by industry lawsuits, DeCatsye led with resilience, crafting clear and impactful messaging to dispel misinformation and highlight the enduring value of REALTORS®. Through the “Legal Landscape, Practice Changes and the Value of a REALTOR®” presentation series, she reached over 6,000 REALTORS® across 26 counties. Under her guidance, the creation of REALTORS® Add Real Value: 247 Reasons became the foundation of the RealtorValue.com campaign, generating over 28,000 pageviews.

DeCatsye also played a pivotal role in affordable housing advocacy, spearheading partnerships like the adaptive reuse project for workforce housing, which secured a $200,000 grant. She also continued to grow the impact of the Canopy Housing Foundation, which has provided over $2.5 million in community support since its inception.
