As president of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, Ashley Conlon oversaw the implementation of new sales professionals-centered programs—such as the FiteCLUB workshop that boosted participants’ annual income by 73% as well as the rewards program, FiteBUCKS. In recognition of the company’s success, the company’s office in Colleyville, Texas achieved the President’s Hall of Fame Award in 2025, given to CENTURY 21 brokerages that achieve the highest in service and sales.

The company’s relocation and business development department was also recognized, for the 12th consecutive year, as platinum by the Anywhere Leads Network; the network also ranked CENTURY 21 Judge Fite among the top 3 in internet lead conversion and top-ranking in conversion with other affinity programs.
