Sometimes a REALTOR®’s greatest accomplishments are more about giving than gaining. During 2022, Becky Markowitz worked with the Philadelphia branch of Cradles to Crayons, chairing the Ready for Learning Backpack Challenge for the Yardley-Newtown Office. She also raised more than $10,000 as part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Charities’ Cradle to Crayons.
In 2022, Markowitz also received the Women’s Empowerment Award from Women of Reform Judaism Received, as well as a HomeSnap agent award.
“I always tell the people I work with that there is going to be pain, and there is going to be fun,” she says. “Buying and selling homes is one of the biggest purchases and decisions in people’s lives. The reasons and people are always different, which is challenging and rewarding. The best part of my job is the amazing people I meet and get to work with, both clients and colleagues. Real estate is a contact sport and a team effort; I’m the quarterback!”
