Jennifer Richardson’s passion and dedication to her community serve as a beacon of inspiration for fellow real estate professionals and residents alike. Her exceptional commitment to humanitarian efforts has set a high standard for community involvement and social responsibility.

In 2023, Richardson received the prestigious Bob Merrick Community award for her outstanding philanthropic work, which started back in 2021 when she initiated a grassroots movement to combat the litter problem in downtown Baton Rouge. Dubbed “Keep Tiger Town Beautiful,” the initiative has grown exponentially, uniting over 3,000 individuals who consistently dedicate their time to clean up neighborhoods, highways and waterways. To date, this group has filled an astonishing 7,906 contractor bags with litter, transforming Baton Rouge into a cleaner and more beautiful place.

Furthermore, Richardson received the REALTOR® Community Involvement Spotlight from Louisiana REALTORS® and was recognized as a “Woman with a Cause” by InRegister Magazine.

For Richardson, she feels that the most rewarding part of her career and what she’s accomplished is “helping people that thought they could never own a home of their own realize the American dream.”
