Ben Kinney and Chris Suarez co-founded PLACE, Inc., a full-service real estate and technology platform that provides accounting, human resources, legal, marketing, talent acquisition and industry services, and gives agents access to benefits packages. It allows top agents and teams to increase profitability, value proposition to the consumer, and local branding without requiring them to leave their affiliated brokerages. PLACE, Inc., launched in early 2020 with $1.5 billion in sales and $40 million in revenue.

Both Kinney and Suarez independently own multiple real estate offices in the United States and other countries.
