Ben Rubenstein, chief revenue officer at realtor.com®, oversees its combined sales organization, including agent and broker sales, customer success, go-to-market, and ancillary services. In 2020, he integrated realtor.com® and Opcity, a company he co-founded to match qualified homebuyers and sellers with real estate professionals.
Rubenstein transitioned to his current role in April 2020, when few people were thinking about moving due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Investments in customer service and support helped agents and brokers in realtor.com’s ReadyConnect Conciergeâ„ network, which uses AI to match consumers and agents, close a record number of deals from referrals.
“I think of realtor.com® in a space that intersects the value that companies like Match.com and Uber provide,” Rubenstein says. “We want to connect people to the professionals who are right for them, in real time, while helping everyone get to where they want to go—successfully buying and/or selling a home.”
