2023 was Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ 10th anniversary, and as company CEO, Christy Budnick saw fit to “refresh” the company’s image, from its brand all the way down to the resources available to network members.

“There are so many rewarding aspects in my career, but if I would have to name just a few, I would say meeting, brainstorming with and hearing feedback from network members is one of the greatest aspects about my position. I love to learn from our network members and work together to continue strengthening the best brand in the business,” says Budnick.

“I follow in my mother’s footsteps in building a career in the real estate industry, and it is incredibly rewarding to me when I get to set an example for my daughter. When I first spoke at our annual Sales Convention as the new CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, my daughter, husband and mother were in the audience—a very rewarding aspect of my career as I got to share this incredible moment with them,” she adds.
