2023 was a tech-focused year for Christie’s International Real Estate, overseen by Kevin Van Eck.

The company launched new proprietary features on its “pl@tform,” such as the Closing Milestones portal. True to its name, this portal allows consumers to track transactions from beginning to end. Moreover, the company recruited several new tech affiliates to further bolster its development.

“The most rewarding part of my role is supporting broker/owners, leadership teams, team leaders and agents as they grow and reach their potential,” says Van Eck. “Every company and individual has goals, and playing a role in supporting them in reaching and exceeding them gives me gratitude for the opportunity to engage in a way that is both professional and personal. Collaborating closely together with independent broker/owners and agents creates a connection in being invested in working toward enhancing our lives and those of our clients and consumers.”
