2023 was an off-cycle election year, but the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) political action committee RPAC was still very active. Chaired by Marvin Jolly—regional senior vice president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas—RPAC’s mission is to ensure that REALTORS®’ voices are heard on Capitol Hill by electing REALTOR®-friendly candidates.

During 2023, Jolly oversaw the launch of a new digital platform for the RPAC President’s Circle Program, designed to ensure the PAC’s “modernization and continued success.”

“The most rewarding part of serving as RPAC disbursements trustees chair is the process of finding consensus in a divided world,” says Jolly. “Our team works very hard to have detailed, transparent discussions so that we can best represent the interests of property owners and real estate practitioners across partisan lines by finding common ground rather than focusing on differences.”
