Chris Cox’s 2023 saw shoring up Keller Williams’ existing Keller Cloud and Command CRM offerings, but he stresses a “disruptive” mindset in his team and states that, “We are committed to continued strategic innovation across our platform.”
To that end, not only does Cox lead Keller Williams’ M&A and R&D strategies, but he also hosts monthly innovation hub labs where industry pain points are polled from agents and teams, and then worked to be resolved.
“As we continue to invest in our Command platform, we remain laser-focused on what our agents want,” says Cox. “Our latest capabilities allow our entrepreneurial agents to thrive amid a challenging market. Technology is a huge differentiating/driving factor, and this is an extremely data-rich and high transaction volume business. But we take the sanctity of the relationship between an agent and their client very seriously. There is no intent to disintermediate or get in front of that fiduciary relationship.”
