Sheila Reddy

A former healthcare management professional, Sheila Reddy saw that the future lay in real estate and so she made the career switch—going the extra mile and founding her own real estate company, Mosaik.

Reddy describes her 2023 accomplishments as, “Using technology to strengthen agent-client relationships and create elevated digital experiences for both.”

Indeed, 2023 was the year that Mosaik launched a new technology platform for real estate professionals, with Reddy listing the following as the three primary goals of the platform: workflow management for agents, a client experience engine and advanced analytics.

The platform’s search engine is wishlist based, meaning users can find properties based upon requested features or conditions. Other features of the platform include listing and transaction management and client experience/retention. Reddy notes that subscription plans are available tailored to agents, brokers and teams.

As a further sign of the company’s growth, Reddy oversaw the forging of a partnership with AI-powered analytics platform Plunk.
