Bill Pankonin

Second-generation real estate professional and regional owner of EXIT Realty Upper Midwest, Bill Pankonin, brings over 40 years of experience to the real estate industry. Starting out with just eight offices, EXIT Realty now has over 140 locally owned offices, and continues to open new markets monthly since September 2023.

Pankonin, along with his son and CFO Cade Pankonin, have been instrumental in building through franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions, as well as sharing best practices with EXIT’s brokers, managers and agents.
