Brenda Maher was promoted to the role of senior vice president, general manager of brokerage, at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England and New York Properties in 2023. She has long been recognized for her strategic vision and commitment to excellence.

In 2023, Maher spearheaded two networking initiatives that were intended to foster collaboration and fuel growth. The Leader Exchange initiative encouraged office managers to share recruitment and growth ideas. Agent Mastermind Groups brought together high-achieving agents in different regions and gave them opportunities to share insights and best practices to foster business growth.
