Bryan Brooks, HomeSmart’s senior vice president of franchise sales, is committed to the company’s growth. In 2023, HomeSmart acquired Solid Source Real Estate Companies. With the addition of its 2,000 agents, HomeSmart now has a team of over 4,000 agents in Georgia. In addition, franchisees opened new locations in several states last year.

“With 23 years of industry experience under my belt, it is my goal to help the business grow. What I find most rewarding is when I can put my knowledge about real estate brokerage operations and expertise in franchising to work to provide growth to the HomeSmart network,” says Brooks.

“I’m excited to lead HomeSmart into new states, and I am proud to spearhead the company’s growth initiatives through franchise sales, mergers, and acquisitions. It is my goal to get us to all 50 states so we can help even more brokers, agents, and homebuyers and sellers across the country, and we are nearly there!”
