In 2025, Bryson Taggart played a pivotal role in advancing Opendoor’s agent-focused initiatives nationwide. He led the recruitment, onboarding and training of more than 850 agents and helped design the new Key Agent™ program, defining how top-performing agents qualify for Key Connections. His efforts were instrumental in expanding the initiative from just two teams in two markets to 59 teams across 50 markets—a rapid scale that underscores his leadership and strategic vision.
Taggart also developed the training plan that enabled the Cash Plus offering to expand company-wide, and supported the creation of the Key Agent™ app, which streamlines the agent assessment process. These programs continue to enhance how agents collaborate with Opendoor to deliver faster, more efficient client experiences.
“The most rewarding part of my career has been watching the agents and teams I’ve supported turn our playbooks into real success—closing more deals, building better businesses and delivering incredible experiences to the customer,” Taggart shares. “Knowing I’ve played a role in scaling that impact at a national level is what makes this work so meaningful.”
