Candace Adams

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York and Westchester Properties

As CEO and president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties, Westchester Properties and New York Properties, Candace Adams led her company through a unique and unprecedented year. While navigating markets where real estate was considered an essential business, she coordinated multiple protocols across three states and managed to shift the structure and business operations, such as implementing digital processes and executing a fully functioning virtual platform for the firm’s agents and clients to adapt in this new environment. Despite these immense changes, Adams helped her more than 1,800 agents across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York and Rhode Island, thrive through the COVID-19 pandemic with true leadership, vision and a passion for providing excellent service.

“We were so fortunate to have set the foundation for all digital processes and virtual communication before COVID, and being able to pivot quickly provided our team with everything they needed to conduct business and stay in touch during these challenging times.”
