In 2025, Charlotte Savoy executed a masterclass in brokerage expansion and operational turnaround. Within a single twelve-month period, Savoy acquired Keller Williams Integrity in Ellicott City, rebranded it as The KW Collective and strategically acquired five additional offices across Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Most notably, she successfully transitioned all six locations from break-even status to profitability in under a year. Her expansion into the Deep Creek Lake resort market further demonstrated her market-making capabilities, where she established a new branch that quickly captured significant market share through her proprietary systems and the recruitment of top-tier talent.
While scaling her brokerage footprint, Savoy continued to lead The Savoy Team, which remains one of the top five residential teams in Maryland. Her personal career volume now exceeds 2,000 closed transactions, contributing to a team legacy of serving more than 5,000 families. A member of Gary Keller’s Top 100 Group, Savoy integrates her success with her nonprofit, Just ONE Kid, which provides essential supplies to underserved children.
“I am relentlessly passionate about growing businesses and bringing others along for the journey,” Savoy shares. “Turning around our brokerage in culture, energy and profit is a huge win for me.”
