Glenn “Chip” Gardner is the vice president of Operations and Special Initiatives for Gardner REALTORS®, where he is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, including the identification, prioritization and execution of key projects.

As the fourth generation in the family business, Gardner is passionate about its continued success as a leading real estate company in Southeast Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast region, with a commitment to giving back to local communities. 

In 2019, the company spearheaded some cornerstone projects, including the transformation of a drainage canal into a neighborhood park and technological innovation with a refreshed website and mobile app. The company also received several awards, including being named the Best Residential Real Estate Company by New Orleans CityBusiness Reader Rankings and a Top Workplace by NOLA Media Group.
