Chip Gardner

After four years and 130 hours of training, hands-on demonstration of skills and completion of a certification exam, Chip Gardner was one of only four recipients to earn the Ninja Certified Manager™ designation in the world. Recipients of the designation are certified for excellence in the operation and ownership of real estate companies. He demonstrated mastery of the mindset, skill set and action taken to help agents increase their income per hour and improve their quality of life.

The path to this designation has provided Gardner with a unique skill set to implement productivity systems for agents, managers and support staff in order to achieve success at all levels of the real estate organization and in their personal lives. He continues to work with leadership on recruiting and retention, as well as educating, motivating and monitoring performance in key areas of success to carry forth the mission and vision of Latter & Blum.
