Chris Lim takes being ahead of the curve seriously. As president of Christie’s International Real Estate and head of brand for @properties, he’s extended his global and luxury reach into soaring heights. Using his nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Lim successfully secured Christie’s International Real Estate licensing in December of 2021, which catapulted the company into one of the country’s leading brokerages.

“Having grown and sold my own brokerage, with the strength of the Christie’s International Real Estate brand, I have the opportunity to change brokerage owners’ lives,” says Lim. 

Since partnering with @properties last December, Christie’s has been excelling its proprietary pl@tform™ technology–launching new luxury marketing programs and introducing a full curriculum of agent coaching and training resources. With numerous large affiliate acquisitions in 2022 in both the US and Internationally, Lim continues to expand his well-cultured vision into the new year.
