Christian Ross is the senior vice president and managing broker of Village Realty, a tech-based real estate brokerage at Atlanta Tech Village, the premier hub for technology startups in the Southeast and the fourth-largest in the United States. She oversees the office’s compliance, education initiatives and agent success.

Since Ross began working for Village Realty in 2014, the brokerage has grown from two agents to more than 130 in two offices. For over 13 years, Ross sold alone. This year, she created a small team to cover the growing Atlanta metropolitan marketplace. As a team leader, she manages her agents to help them grow professionally and personally and build a referral-based business.

Ross’ work has an international focus, serving luxury condo buyers and sellers from around the world. Ross serves her community through her work with Habitat for Humanity and “The Senior Guard,” which she founded to help Atlanta seniors fight displacement. She has also appeared on television, has been featured in numerous publications, and serves on industry boards and committees. Ross is pleased to be recognized for her contributions
