Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA)

In 2021, Cliff Long helped to grow the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) to 20,000 members. That expansion led to the need for a new company headquarters, which ORRA broke ground on in 2021.

To support the growing team, Long participated in weekly sessions called “Uplift With Cliff on Facebook Live.” Those trainings helped REALTORS® address issues such as managing downturns in business, dealing with personal crises and keeping agents motivated.

“Famed football coach Vince Lombardi once said, ‘There’s only one way to succeed in anything, and that is to give it everything.’ Every day, ORRA REALTORS® give their everything to help their clients realize their dreams of homeownership and continue to serve as a cornerstone for neighborhoods and businesses within the local community,” Long says.
