Dedicated to empowering agents and brokers with actionable data and evolving compensation models beyond industry conventions, Stevenson accomplished many milestones in 2023, including: pioneering the first Statewide MLS portal in South Carolina; implementing a fully-integrated solution that combines MasterLock boxes with the ShowingTime scheduling app; establishing REsides as a significant partner at the enterprise level with MasterLock; unveiling a collaborative MLS portal centered on agents and boosted by strong CRM integration; and facilitating improved connectivity and communication throughout the real estate ecosystem.

Stevenson’s influential role extends beyond REsides, as she serves on the Board of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), receiving multiple accolades during her tenure.
