REsides

Following the successful launch of REsides, an innovative MLS model that ensures equitable ownership for all stakeholders, Colette Stevenson continues to revolutionize the industry through technological advancements and impactful initiatives.

Dedicated to empowering agents and brokers with actionable data and evolving compensation models beyond industry conventions, Stevenson accomplished many milestones in 2023, including: pioneering the first Statewide MLS portal in South Carolina; implementing a fully-integrated solution that combines MasterLock boxes with the ShowingTime scheduling app; establishing REsides as a significant partner at the enterprise level with MasterLock; unveiling a collaborative MLS portal centered on agents and boosted by strong CRM integration; and facilitating improved connectivity and communication throughout the real estate ecosystem.

Stevenson’s influential role extends beyond REsides, as she serves on the Board of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), receiving multiple accolades during her tenure.

“The most rewarding part of my career is having the ability and passion to drive focused and thoughtful change,” says Stevenson. “The MLSs have to look at new methods of doing business in order to create the ecosystems for the Real Estate marketplace and be able to be the most recognized and relied on source for valuable, unique property insights that have not existed in any measurable way in the past. Impeccable data and superior customer service is the cornerstone of an ideal MLS. I have always looked at business from a different perspective with the goal of making something better, more rewarding, for the industry, the consumer and the clients we serve.”
