Stevenson also introduced tiered subscription plans—Essential, Select and Premier—providing brokers and agents scalable solutions while increasing dividends by 50% and broadening investment opportunities. She further advanced industry advocacy by critiquing the Clear Cooperation Policy and promoting flexible solutions like Delayed Listing and Universal Lockbox integrations.
Under her leadership, REsides opened a new Georgia office to support expansion and strengthen regional operations. Stevenson’s strategic foresight and commitment to empowering brokers and agents with tools, transparency and equity have cemented REsides’ reputation as a forward-thinking, tech-driven MLS.
