Daniel Jones has transformed NCRMLS from a regional service into a forward-thinking MLS powerhouse, crafting a model that blends cutting-edge technology, strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of broker needs to drive meaningful growth across state lines. When Jones stepped into the CEO role in 2019, NCRMLS had just over 6,000 subscribers and 10 shareholder MLSs in North Carolina. Today, the organization has grown to over 19,000 subscribers, expanding into Georgia and redefining what it means to be an Open MLS.

Jones led the charge in implementing a revamped governance structure that streamlined decision-making, empowered the board of managers as specialists, and prioritized delivering innovative tools to brokers. Under his leadership, NCRMLS earned accolades such as the WAV Group Business Generation and Training Awards, as well as the RESO Leadership Award. Beyond growth, Jones has focused on broker-centric solutions, from launching settlement training programs to enabling greater data access, all designed to help brokers stay competitive.
