Dann Albright

As the leader of Millionacres’ research efforts, research journalist Dann Albright uses his natural curiosity—in addition to data—to learn not only about modern consumers, but also what is most important to real estate investors and others in the industry.

In 2020, he took a comprehensive look at diversity in real estate, working with his team to research and discuss race and ethnicity in the real estate sector.

From designing surveys and hunting down public data to working with writers to share insights derived from their research, Albright has taken a big step forward in this field.

“One of the things I always say is that anyone can get involved in real estate investing,” explains Albright. “But people who belong to different racial, ethnic and gender groups experience different opportunities and returns. It’s time to find out why—and what we can do to make real estate investing a more equitable field.”
