Dave Conord serves as president of U.S. Growth at eXp Realty. In 2020 alone, he grew agent count by 52 percent, from 23,000 in October 2019 to over 35,000 one year later, increasing revenue year-over-year by 33 percent to $354 million, as well as driving the stock price up by 250 percent, year to date. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he helped to mobilize broker and legal teams to ensure that agents had up-to-date health and safety information, state-by-state. In addition, he also created a new training program, eXcel, holding between 75 -100 classes per week, focused on how to best serve clients, do better business, attain and show listings, and manage transactions.

“Everything we do in this industry starts with serving others,” he says.

By bringing hope and solutions to agents who, in turn, helped their clients navigate uncertainty and achieve the outcome they needed, Conord helped to produce a record-breaking quarter in growth, production and profitability.
