As managing partner of Epps & Coulson LLP, Dawn Coulson handles all aspects of purchase, sale and leasing transactions, including in-depth due diligence, borrower-side financing, syndication and deal structuring. She is also a master negotiator and finds creative solutions to close deals and resolve disputes.

Within the first week of the COVID-19 shutdown, Coulson helped close on two medical facilities. She also structured, negotiated and documented real estate transactions across multiple states, amounting to over $175 million, involving over 1,600 multi-family units and 4.5 million feet of commercial space.

In addition to running her own firm, Coulson shares her experience and knowledge of the industry by mentoring other real estate attorneys and constantly showcasing her indomitable will and spirit. “For real estate owners, the happiest days are the purchase closing and the sale closing; for us as their lawyers, the happiest days are when the clients are happy.
