Trish Skellham has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, commitment to supporting and training her agents, and a deep-rooted dedication to community service all while keeping a healthy bottom line in her office.

Her journey from an office administrator to managing broker is a testament to her leadership abilities. She has not only maintained a successful track record, but has also consistently recruited and retained top talent within her brokerage.

“The most rewarding part of my role as a real estate broker is nurturing the potential of agents and guiding them to the realization of their personal and professional goals. I enjoy giving them the tools to be able to provide exceptional service to their clients,” she says.

In 2023, Skellham led her office to No. 1 in the company every month, both in volume and marketshare. She also facilitated two large community projects for the CASA program, and became a founding board member where she worked to assist in bringing the Women’s Council of REALTORS® to the Southwest Louisiana area.
