In 2023, under Dermot Buffini’s leadership as CEO, Buffini & Company led the industry through shifting markets. Focused on driving production and growth, he oversaw the launch of an exclusive partnership with RE/MAX, expanding the company’s 100 Days to Greatness® real estate training to Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Buffini also played an integral part in the company’s signature events, including MasterMind Summit®, which hosted more than 2,200 attendees. In addition, Buffini expanded his leadership role by serving as a guest speaker at top industry events while continuing to host RISMedia’s “Lessons in Leadership” series. He also gifted his employees with “Good Life Fridays,” giving them one Friday off each month to enjoy the good life, family and friends.
