The AI hype train chugged along through 2024, and Restb.ai General Manager Dominik Pogorzelski rode it to spread his company’s influence and innovation, helping broker new partnerships for Restb.ai throughout the real estate industry. During the first half of the year, Restb.ai’s offerings were adopted by 17 new MLSs, reaching 151,500 users, bringing the company’s MLS partnerships up to 50 total.
A key part of the company’s expansion is partnerships with other AI firms and MLS tech vendors. During 2024, Restb.ai partnered with CoreLogic to implement AI photo features (such as photo tagging) on the CoreLogic platform OneHome.
“We share a core belief that true success stems from doing good by our partners and creating solutions that deliver real, tangible value to the real estate industry,” says Pogorzelski. “Our focus is on valuable innovation, not empty promises or vaporware.
“If I need to go up one or two floors, I always take the stairs instead of the elevator,” says Pogorzelski regarding his philosophy on achievement. “It started as a simple way to sneak in some extra exercise, but over time, it’s become a daily reminder that small, consistent choices can lead to significant positive changes.”
