Donny Samson, CEO of Samson Properties, leads all company operations. The brokerage takes a unique approach to recruiting. In a year, Samson Properties added 1,200 agents and went from 21 offices to 30. Growth continued despite the COVID-19 pandemic, and REALTORS® were trained virtually and sold houses at high rates. The company was on pace to increase sales by more than 30 percent from 2019 to 2020.

Samson took over as COO of Samson Properties in 2016 and became CEO in 2019. He helped grow the company into one of the top 35 in terms of sales in the United States and one of the top 20 independent companies in the U.S.

“Our No. 1 priority is taking care of our REALTORS®,” Samson says. “If we take care of them, give them the tools and the training to succeed, the rest will take care of itself.”
