In 2025, Erin Campbell revolutionized the educational landscape for HomeSmart by bridging the gap between complex technology and agent proficiency. Leveraging her deep background in instructional design, Campbell spearheaded the creation and implementation of comprehensive enablement programs for HomeSmart’s core agent tools, including the new Marketing Design Center and a mobile-integrated eSign platform. Her strategic focus on the “agent experience” led to the launch of a proprietary onboarding process designed to provide shoulder-to-shoulder support, ensuring every new associate is positioned for immediate success.

Campbell’s influence extended beyond agent training into the very fabric of HomeSmart’s corporate culture. She implemented a 90-day staff onboarding program and a Leadership Essentials curriculum for internal teams, while simultaneously managing the delivery of an average of 50 location-based and national events per month.
