Fiona Petrie

As executive vice president and managing director for RE/MAX Integra U.S. Operations, Fiona Petrie was responsible for leading and rallying her team, helping agents and staff take action, innovate and collaborate through the COVID-19 crisis. As a result of her leadership, recruiting and growth numbers increased throughout the year and many goals were met and exceeded.

Petrie and her team transformed and modernized better business practices, such as pivoting to a virtual landscape, hosting exclusive live events via Zoom that provided networking opportunities and presentations from industry leaders. Additionally, she implemented socially distant business practices, including virtual open houses and educating her team on greater client and brokerage interaction on social media. Petrie spearheaded these pandemic-focused efforts, allowing her agents to become more effective than ever before.
