At the beginning of 2023, David Greenbaum stepped into a new role as vice president of customer success at MoxiWorks. He wasted no time overseeing retrofittings of the division’s client support models for greater efficiency, with several client representatives moved to product teams that maximize their knowledge. The results, gathered from the 800-plus brokerages and 400,000-plus agents who use MoxiWorks, was a customer satisfaction rating of 90%-plus for 2023.

“The most rewarding part of my career is that I’m living proof that you can reinvent yourself at 40 and chase your dream,” says Greenbaum. “A wise man once said, ‘If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,’ and that could not be truer for me. I love being a part of a product that genuinely makes a difference in the lives of real estate agents, not only helping them increase their listings and transactions, but also helping to improve efficiencies in their day that provides them with the balance they deserve.”
