In 2023, President and CEO Gene Millman led REcolorado, Colorado’s largest multiple listing service, through the process of forming new partnerships and enhancing its services to meet both the current and future needs of its subscribers.

REcolorado engaged with customers to learn how to facilitate their success, simplified the process of completing real estate transactions, and worked with partners to provide its customers with the most relevant technology available.

“I have been blessed to have a long career, including 32 years on the brokerage side of the industry, that has given me the opportunity to help so many realize their dreams. Whether it is helping a client buy, sell or rent a home or making a contribution that leads to a successful real estate business, knowing I play a part is very fulfilling,” says Millman.

“It has also given me a first-hand understanding of the day-to-day needs of our subscribers. At REcolorado, it has been extraordinarily rewarding to watch our organization come together around the philosophy that our subscribers are our ‘North Star’ and, as the multiple listing service, it is our responsibility to be business partner.”
