Ginger Wilcox

Ginger Wilcox is no stranger to change. Not only has she navigated changing markets over the course of her career, she has done so while seamlessly moving between the real estate, mortgage and technology sectors.

“This business is constantly evolving, and I have been at the forefront of that change—something I have always found exciting,” says Wilcox. “What I have found most rewarding through all of this is leading change to enhance the experience of customers across a wide range of segments.”

Because of her dedication and innovation, she was named president of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in July 2023, where she doubled down on the inherent cache and awareness of a 100-year-old brand that is synonymous with home. The brand has over 400 offices and more than 12,000 affiliated agents, and she is looking to continue the success in this new season for the brand as it celebrates its 15-year anniversary.

“We are in a service industry, and experience is everything,” she says. “I’ve been proud to introduce innovations that enhance the experience.”
