Gregg Wagner took the company’s 2022 theme—“The Year of Power”—to heart while overseeing Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York, and Hudson Valley Properties’ Commercial and New Homes and Land Divisions.
Under Wagner’s watch, new agents got the proper training to thrive as commercial professionals, and the division was honored by the Connecticut Home Builders and Remodelers Association.
“The most rewarding aspect of my career has been seeing the development of newly recruited agents and managers grow into our next generation top producers and leaders,” says Wagner. “As leaders, our greatest asset is time. We need to be quite strategic in the investment of that asset. Identifying and cultivating our next generation, instilling in them our value structure and watching them work their way out front gives me the greatest satisfaction.”
