Hadi Atri

Hadi Atri, president and CEO of RE/MAX Executive, emphasizes resilience, patience and long-term vision. In 2023, under Atri’s strategic leadership, agents successfully navigated a host of challenges impacting the industry, such as inflation, lack of inventory and high interest rates.

The brokerage offered agents and members of the management team weekly training and coaching sessions, focused on employee retention, recruited numerous agents, acquired a new office in South Carolina and relocated one office.

Atri fosters an entrepreneurial spirit and provides agents with the technology, education and support they need to build their own thriving businesses. He believes that attitude is one of the primary drivers of success or failure and is guided by the idea that “if you’re not growing, you’re dying.”

Atri leads 16 successful RE/MAX franchises in the Carolinas, as well as an in-house mortgage, insurance and title company. In addition, he serves on the National Association of REALTORS®’ Advisory Board and Executive Board and supports multiple children’s charities.
