Helen McNutt Gentile serves as director of talent acquisition for Legacy Real Estate & Associates. She has long been dedicated to finding new real estate agents and helping them reach their full potential. She mentors agents at different stages in their careers and coaches hundreds of pre-licensees.

After serving the real estate industry for more than 40 years, McNutt Gentile is still finding innovative ways to help agents learn. In 2023, she developed and facilitated Legacy Real Estate & Associates, ERA Powered’s Leap! Program.

The three-month program provides both online and in-person training for new agents. It covers a wide range of topics, such as prospecting, business development, contract training and sales skills.

“After all these years, I still find an immense joy in helping find, coach and mentor great real estate agents,” says McNutt Gentile. “It is a life’s calling, and I am thankful for the opportunity to serve.”
