Howard W. “Hoby” Hanna, IV, serves as president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the largest family-owned real estate company and the third-largest brokerage firm in the United States. He has held numerous roles in the company since 1994.
In 2020, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services adopted and integrated its tech stack that allowed it to grow during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also closed a partnership with Rand Real Estate and surpassed its 2019 performance by 25 percent.
As president, Hanna has spearheaded efforts to devise, procure and implement market-differentiating technologies and programs to support agents. He has led the company through a recent expansion driven by strategic partnerships in New York, North and South Carolina, as well as Ohio.
Hanna intends to continue to invest in technologies and programs to benefit homeowners. “Together, we will continue to provide best-in-class service, local expertise, innovative technologies, and a client-first philosophy,” he says.
