As vice president of NextHome Inc., Imran Poladi oversees all training and business development for the company’s more than 500 franchises offices nationwide. He has educated thousands of agents and brokers across the globe, sharing his experiences to inspire business success.

“My personal success and, ultimately, my happiness, is working with our brokers and agents and seeing them achieve their goals…it’s something really special,” he explains. “As I’ve progressed in my nearly 20 years in real estate, seeing people accomplish their goals has been the most rewarding part of my career.”

In 2020, amid a global pandemic, Poladi helped set historical records for sales and achieved status as some of the most productive offices in his community. Several NextHome offices have taken first place in market share in 2020, and he credits that to the hard work of his employees.
