Jackie Louh

Jackie Louh is evidence to the fact that hard work pays off. Since joining Lamacchia Realty in 2010 as a receptionist, she has since moved up the ranks and is now a power player for both the company’s executive and leadership functions. This past June, Louh was appointed chief operating officer by Broker/Owner Anthony Lamacchia in a year marked by the company’s explosive growth in agent count, market share, revenue and geographical locations.

For 2023, Louh is committed to, “working hand-in-hand with Anthony and our Executive Team to continue to grow Lamacchia Realty across New England and throughout South Florida.”

Before taking on this prestigious role, Louh implemented strong initiatives in the formation of the business development department in 2018, assembling a top-tier recruiting team with an onboarding process that maintains high-retention rates to date and more than doubling the company’s agent headcount since her installation.
