Jacqueline Shaffer

Jaqueline Shaffer follows the rules of three. As the National Dispositions Director at Offerpad, she is not only responsible for the property listings for North Carolina, Arizona and Georgia, but she also runs three different departments–listings, contracts and investor contracts–while managing 27 direct reports across the company’s 28 markets. While this may earn her the title of a triple-threat, it’s Shaffer’s team tenacity that really is exemplary of her character.

“The best part about my job is the real estate knowledge that I gain from each transaction and can then pass onto my team to help accelerate their real estate careers,” says Shaffer. “Offerpad is a family, a team, and we all work together, regardless of title, to get results and provide the best experience possible to our customers.”

In 2022, Shaffer was also instrumental in developing the company’s new Buyer Agent Offer portal.
