In 2025, James O’Bryon continued to shape the future of brokerage leadership by strengthening Gold Nation’s six-state unified footprint while advancing initiatives designed to elevate agents, consumers and long-term sustainability. Under his direction, the organization expanded agent equity concepts into new markets, launched an agent revenue-share initiative tied to essential home services, and rolled out the “100% CRM” initiative to enhance productivity and consumer engagement across the network.
O’Bryon also led the development of a state-of-the-art professional development curriculum, MEC—Motivate, Educate, Collaborate—while reshaping leadership structures in Northern California to better adapt to a rapidly changing industry. His commitment to service remained front and center, as Gold Nation surpassed $2.25 million raised for Children’s Miracle Network in 2025.
“At Gold Nation, we like to do the hard things really well,” O’Bryon says, noting that his greatest reward comes from witnessing the success of agents while keeping consumers’ best interests at the center of every decision. With more than three decades dedicated to building an agent-centric organization, O’Bryon continues to honor the legacy of those who helped build Gold Nation—while preparing the company for its next chapter of growth and impact.
