The Tim and Jeannie Hamann Foundation was created in 2015 to help cancer patients. The foundation provides financial assistance to cover mortgage and rent payments, utility bills, groceries, car payments and other expenses while patients are undergoing treatment.

The foundation is completely staffed by volunteers, and its business operations are organized out of the Hamann Real Estate office. In 2020, COVID-19 forced its leaders to think outside the box when their main fundraiser had to be canceled. Volunteers organized a virtual event and raised over $90,000.

Jeannie Hamann and Hamann Real Estate have been named among Benicia’s “Best of” for 15 consecutive years. She has been active in the real estate field for more than three decades and has earned numerous awards.

The Hamanns offer this advice: “Believe it is possible to solve your problem. Tremendous things happen to the believer. Believe the answer will come. It will!”
