Jennifer Shemwell

Jennifer Shemwell serves as president and designated broker for Phyllis Browning Company. She mentors and coaches agents, works on legal compliance and looks for new marketing and selling trends. 

Shemwell and Phyllis Browning Company were recognized as innovators and leaders in COVID-19 best practices. They kept their offices open during the pandemic, reinvented agent training, helped agents see emerging market trends and added inventory. In just the first three quarters of 2020, PBC surpassed its 2019 results in several key areas.

Shemwell is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School. She followed in the footsteps of her mother, Phyllis Browning, and is known for selling some of San Antonio’s most elite homes. Shemwell has received numerous awards in her more than 25 years in the industry.
